About InCabos
We are a boutique company in which the general manager is in contact with all the owners who rent their condos and houses and with our guests who come to our destination and decide to stay in the aforementioned properties. We manage to offer high quality, we seek to maintain human contact and personalized attention.
We started in 2009, right in the middle of the economic crisis in the United States and Mexico, when we created this company that, based on previous experience, managed to start making its first rentals when there was no economic movement in Los Cabos and before Airbnb existed, our specialty was only luxury villas located in El Pedregal de Cabo San Lucas; the rentals were made through a lease agreement and a lot of trust between both parties, the same trust that we continue to maintain today with the clients we have served for 3 generations

In 2019, Airbnb awarded us a distinction for being the number 1 company in all of Baja California Sur that had the best ratings from guests and the one that had made the most sales, from Guerrero Negro to Cabo San Lucas, according to the review at the end of 2022 with Airbnb we maintained the same position.
