Rates:

Regular Season January 7th - December 19th, $299 USD Rate up to 6 people+ 60 USD for extra person, up to 14 people.

High Season:December 20th - January 6th, $1099 USD Rates for 7 people+ 80 USD for extra person, up to 14 people.

Additional:Cleaning Fee $60 usd (Check-In and Check-Out)Refundable security deposit $500 usd
